These inspections are required in order to obtain insurance if the home is older than 25 years (10 Years for some Insurance companies). The 4-point inspection reports on the age and overall condition of these four areas and what would need to be replaced or repaired in order to qualify for a full credit with your insurance company in order to save hundreds to thousands of dollars annually.
Why Do You Need a 4-Point Inspection?
